Many more things are available in my Shop in
Narraweena than are listed here on the "online shop". So if
there is something you are looking for visit, call or email me - I may just have
it!!
I combine items for cheaper
postage when you order more than one item. Contact me before you pay if you are
unsure about postage. If you are close by, come and pick up your items in store to
save on postage costs !
All items stated as sterling silver carry the .925 mark for verification.
All stones, gems, fossils etc are 100% natural and genuine unless otherwise
stated.
Sold items may be available again - contact me for requests.
Ring sizes are US (numbers) and Australian/UK letters (standard). Contact me if
you love a ring but it is not in your size.
Most rings can be ordered in specific sizes.

The Steps
ORDER
1. Email or Call me with the name of the item/s you want sent, the details of
postal address, message you want on the card, any other requests you have for
colour of wrapping paper etc.
PAYMENT
2a. I total the items cost plus postage
and email you a PayPal invoice (you then click on the button in this to pay by
credit card or direct from your account - with or without joining PAYPAL) (you
will be emailed your receipt)
OR//
2b. You can call me with your credit
card details and I can process this over the phone on the shop's merchant
facilities ( I can post your receipt to you separately to the gift package )
Postage Cost Estimate:

3. I post your item out, safely wrapped, registered post, with guaranteed next day
delivery to you or the gift recipient!!

Everything I sell in this site can be posted throughout Australia.
National (Australia) POSTAGE CHARGES: I use Regular Australia Post and find this reliable and
affordable.
up to $99 - $5 flat fee
for as amany items as you choose to buy
over: $100 = FREE POSTAGE
Australia/National REGISTERED Postage Items can be registered for an
ADDITIONAL
$2.70
and I recommend this for jewellery and other high value items .It is worth it!
INTERNATIONAL:
Some items (particularly some crystals/minerals, pot pourri,
plant things) cannot be posted overseas due to individual countries quarantine
regulations. If you are wanting something posted elsewhere than Australia
contact me and I can let you know if your country accepts you to import the
particular item/s you are wanting.
AIR MAIL: TAKES approx 7-10 DAYS
COST: Up to 1kg flat rate of
$10 to post
Worldwide (most countries) this includes insurance, postage and handling cost.
Total weight over 1kg - total is $20
to most countries
if you are ordering lots of small items or
very heavy items - contact me to work out the best, fastest and most cost
effective postage option.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
To use the shopping cart and use a payment method other than paypal do this:
Add items to your shopping cart - there is no commitment
by adding shopping cart. When you have made your decisions and worked out the
quantities etc. Cut and past this to an email and email to me - with your
preferred payment information. I will email you back with total price with
best postage and within 1-6 business days - your goodies arrive securely
packaged!
OPTIONS:
1. Direct Deposit:
My preference for payment within Australia is
direct deposit to my account
If you wish to pay this way - email me your order request - I will work out
postage and packaging - email you back/or call you for your approval -
with my bank details for deposit After you have transferred the funds
please email me your receipt/payment number/proof. This usually clears
within 2 days and I post your goodies immediately upon receipt - if order is
urgent - call me to arrange faster post.

WELCOME: Call me and I process through shop merchant facilities immediatelyCREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: If you would like it all
processed quickly via your credit card (MC/VISA/AMEX/JCB). You can call me direct (02
9981 1511 10am-5pm) and I can process your payment immediately through the
shop's merchant facilities and I will post your receipt with your items - (or
separately if goods are sent to a gift recipient)

PayPal - use the online shopping cart and follow the prompts,
here you can use your paypal account, your own credit card or account in a
secure format
PAYPAL - Use the shopping cart in the shop and
follow the prompts (if you think the shipping costs are not reflective of your
particular purchase - email me) If you don't already have an account - you can
still go through Paypal and use your credit card or bank account for
payment. Or you can sign up very easily - it is a safe way to buy over the
internet. These payments are approved immediately and I am sent notice of
your payment by Paypal and your goods will be posted within 1 business day.
4.
Postal Order/ChequePOSTAL ORDER/ CHEQUE: are most welcome - postal orders are great - as
they can be "cleared" immediately so I recommend these over personal cheques if
you want your things quick!. But of course if you want to send a personal
cheque then just be aware that everything slows down a lot!! The time for the
cheque to reach me, the clearing time (at least 5 days with my bank CBA) before
goods are posted could be 10 days!! But as soon as cheque is cleared - posted
right to you so if this is your only option - don't be put off!
