Life Coaching is a goal focused counselling approach to help clarify and organise goals and life/work direction.

Life Coaching is a life (or career, business or work) guidance technique used to help  you set personal goals and tackle difficult life situations, encouraging personal growth and positive life changes.

Simon works one-on-one with you over an agreed period of time- anywhere from weekly for 6 weeks to less frequently (monthly) for an extended period of time.

During this time we help you to improve various areas of your life by setting goals, providing feedback and encouragement and helping you to see difficult situations from a different perspective.

Life coaching is different to counselling in that it assists you in developing your own strategies to achieve goals by providing positive motivation.

Usually the objectives are more about moving on from where you are than healing the past to move forward. Yet the line between counselling and coaching can often blur.
